It looks good imo. Though I'm not sure yet if I like the second silver ring it adds and the non-removable (?) tripod socket. But the latter makes the body look a bit bulkier and maybe the adapter like a less long tube..
Very interesting FJablo, thanks for sharing this info,
Seems as if my "One Gig" hard drive that came with the computer I bought in 2014 had developed a clickety clack sound that reminded me of the baseball cards we put on our bike wheels to make that sound which added speed and performance to the bike. Especially downhill!
Has a 2T solid state drive installed. Quicker and faster than the noisy bike could ever be,
No data was lost in the conversion. Some cash was though!
Here a snap of a sunset as it appeared into my little room.
I am not good at this suspense thing. I should have just said I bought the Leighton lens. I couldn't make up my mind what to put in the cpu register for the zoom so I went with something I hadn't heard of, a 100mm f/3.5. So now I finally have a two lens solution from 28mm to 135mm.
It is small. It's had a rough(ish) life but glass is clean. Instead of zoom creep, it has zoom fall. Are they all like this? I might have to find someone to make it less loose. Also I might have still had a filter on when I took that dark-cornered image. I remember taking the filter off after a few pictures.

Siphiwe, congrats on the 50-135mm! You're going to love this lens. The zoom creep is normal. Zoom "fall" is also normal, but less so. It's hard to find one without either. I was lucky a few years ago when Scott (mp356) found one for me in great condition with very little zoom creep. In the end, it's something that we users of these old lenses come to expect when purchasing them (except maybe Rafael).
View of the ancient city of Tivoli from Villa d'Este. The city's origins date to 1300 BC and was granted Roman citizenship in 90 BC, thereafter became a popular resort destination. It was far livelier than expected with lots of colorful shops, outdoor dining and winding streets.
Two of the three fountains in the Villa's gardens, the other is a few pages back.
I had one where it started to come apart near the mount, found one on ebay that had no zoom creep and in excellent condition. I'd asked Richard Haw about it, and he said it was PITA to work on .
