Few test shots from the Nikkor O.C 50mm f/2.8 Lens for Bronica S S2 EC and Nikkor 135mm f/3.5 Nikkor-Q for Bronica EC, S2
They look great Mark! Looks like you got a good 135 copy. I have a beater copy with stuck aperture blades that someone gave me that they were going to toss away. It has been sitting in a box for a year or so. I need to get it out and give it a once over and see if it is worth trying.
Ben,
Bottom of this post - 3rd button to right of "Profile" button - viola. The "sample image I just updated the link recently, because Fred ended galleries here about many years ago.

I looked for it Jim but couldn't find it. I've had it for years and it still surprises me.

So far the 135 and 50 are super sharp. I haven't played with the 75. I need to play with the 105 and 200 more.

I gave up on focus peaking on wide angle lenses, especially with smaller aperture settings. Because of the large depth of field, Everything peaks
I have basically switched to just using the zoom focus, recompose method for wide.

Funny you should mention that. I tried peaking 24mm on Z5 and thought I was doing something wrong. Everything was red but image review showed focus not where I was. Stuck to Df in the end. I have not tried focus magnification.
In the early part of 2021 I accidentally purchased the Nikkor 200mm f2.0 AI. The shipping was literally a sight to behold. Lens in Maine and me in Michigan. Shipping route? New Jersey to South Carolina to Georgia - then Saint Louis to Chicago to Ohio then a few more stops Detroit to GR then yeah, to me in 11 days. However, that is nothing compared to the latest purchase out of Denver. From Denver it went south 10 miles to Littleton for a 12 day stay-cation. Multiple polite "research supervisors" who "resolved" my case by saying they couldn't find the package. The Littleton customer service rep was more philosophical "it probably is still in transit". Then the package re-surfaced and went to three post office facilities back in Denver. It traveled due East a few miles to Aurora where it visited three more post offices for two days. Then it completely bypassed Michigan heading west to east to the wonderful city of Pittsburgh, and then to Detroit. And like a fool I thought..."well at least it is in the correct state". But alas, it went zooming east to west past me a second time to Chicago. Clearly routing mail could be done more efficiently by a fifth grader, but I feel better having told someone.
^^^^^^
I also had an experience like that
Purchased a lens here on FM from Dallas after a few days it was in the PO 40 miles from my house
where it sat a few days and then disappeared about 5 days later it was in Honolulu
where it sat for a few days and disappeared again saying en route to destination
Eventually after 16 days total it arrived without a scratch on it

You would think software system to manage logistics would be a simple problem in 2021, but maybe that's too Joyful, and a bit crazy to assume. I may have mentioned the saga of my Ektachrome 100 rolls travelling all the way from NJ to Seattle, taking a long siesta there, and then ever so slowly making their way back to the east coast.
Not in Colin's class of tube stations in London, but I thought it would be good for Washington's Union Station to show up here too. Light was way too dim for ISO 400 film, can't remember if this was 1/10s or 1/5th.
I want to start a petition to Nikon for returning the trusty green dot.
Its not just wide angle, I have had trouble with a medium telephoto (maybe it was 85mm) where the subject was at a distance, and the peaking area was so broad, it just didn't work. Using the viewfinder zoom works best when you are on a tripod. Walking around with a camera its not so user friendly to be pressing the + button and chasing focus.

You should keep them up. They were just fine
