Shot with the Nikkor 5cm f/2 non-ai "tick mark" lens on the Z fc. But now using a Lens Turbo II speed booster. The Metabones is gone. There were a number of lenses you could not mount because the optics in the Metabones got in the way. This lens being one of them along with the 45p. Not an issue with the Turbo II. Thanks Andy for putting me on to this the other week.

Yes the Zhongyi. The Zhong Yi Optics Mitakon Lens Turbo Adapter Mark II. This is a new adapter recently released for the crop sensor Z. Black with indexed chrome aperture control ring. Fits in with the “panda theme” color of the Z fc perfectly. I will take a picture of it later today. I ordered directly from them in Hong Kong. Longest part of the process was getting it to NC once it got to Anchorage Ak
The optical clearance is deeper than the Metabones and so far I have not had a lens that will not mount to it.

Leighton, here it is with the 45p mounted. The ZY adapter has 0.726x reduction vs Metabones 0.71x but in the case of this lens, what is 1mm between friends. So the 45mm effectively is 49mm full frame equivalent.
And yeah, I am playing with filters in processing this morning

Looks good sitting on the Zf. I think this would be a good little set up for my small X-S10.
