Now, an explanation. As I age, I am having trouble keeping my camera still, thus the need for IBIS. I like the size of the X-S10 not to mention it has the same sensor and processor as Fuji's flagship X-T4.
My second choice would have been the Z5 and it still may be if I don't get along with the little Fuji.

I have literally hundreds of rolls I like to slowly go over and rescan again from before I started using NegativeLabPro. In the end I got half decent using NikonScan4 and ColorPerfect for inversion and processing, but NLP makes such a dramatic difference ... especially with colour negs.
Leighton - I took a very bright shot today just to prove you wrong about my darkness.....but I couldn't bring myself to process and post it. So, this instead. Maybe you're right after all.

Ooh, I missed this. Thank you so much Ben.
I am so happy to see you back here. I love your 'high noon film noir' style so much.

Leighton - It was loads of fun.
I would have guessed the XT4, but I think the XS10 is a better choice. You're right it has everything in a small form factor.
Congrats. Looking forward to the first pics. (Did you really sell all your fuji lenses, you didn't keep even one?)

Luka - thank you, 'high noon film noir" style, that made me laugh so much, I'd never thought of it that way but now that you've said it out loud, I've got to admit, it's hard to argue......OK well, here's one with no sun. 50mm f1.8 series E/Canon R5.

I sold most of my Fuji lenses a long time ago and I only had the 18-55mm left. I sold that with the X-T2 because I never used it. I hate having unused gear laying around.

I know we're all shorthanded, but yeah, FedEx hasn't been that great around here even before the pandemic hit. I cringe when I see something shipping FedEx.
Just submitted a lost claim with FedEx this morning. I am down to UPS now. 3 lost USPS packages and two lost FedEx packages this year. Plus the planned USPS delays starting tomorrow.

It does look like a pretty cool cam … though I’m a bit surprised you’re not moving back to a full frame camera. Probably having the speed booster was a part of your decision. Both would need adapters anyway with MF lenses so I guess it comes down to other other likes/dislikes between the two. The IBIS will be super handy for sure. Have fun with your new toy

That’s insane. Maybe it’s the gods sending you a sign that a Leica and a Noct is enough for for most humans

Wow !!! I love this shot. It really captures my imagination of the busy crowded high energy narrow and tall canyon-like Hong Kong space. Well done!

I almost sold the Leica. Got it all together with the boxes and accessories, took pictures and everything. Then went out to shoot with it one more time. Nope, not happening. Yet....
Dean, Love that double exposure. NLP is the best color from color negatives I have ever seen. Not just from my own scans/scanners, but even from corporate/commercial drum scanning labs.

Ben, I wrote a photoshop action in your honor that I call "The Ben Effect". Here is an image I processed using this action. If you squint your eyes just right - you maybe will see The Ponte Vecchio on the edge of the river that the man is fishing in.
