Ben,
I was just playing along. I don't see light-hearted banter near often enough. Carry on...

James - I was kidding. The 99% black standard is all Philippe, it has nothing to do with me. But yes, I do like the darker versions. The last one is so dark that it's taken some lustre from his eye and his coat, so if it were me, I would bring up his eye a little, and the area under his chin, but what do I know, you'd have to ask the french master.

Here is a set from Munising Mi, In the UP. The fish camp was the scene of a cook-off between the owner and TV cook (I think - my wife knows for sure) Anthony Bourdain.
Simple place that sells fish sausage as well as the catch of the day. Expensive too!
Anthony Bourdain had the best cooking show of all time. Also, his book "Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly" is a good read.

Leighton I had to edit my post to say it was GORDON RAMSEY who travelled throughout the Upper Peninsula. The show made Ramsey the winner by a close margin but popular opinion states he lost big time. No one can out cook a local cooking up their specialty. I confess I’m not a foodie other than the late Justin Wilson who was funny and cooked spicy stuff. Cowboy Kent Rawlings (sp) looms in his shadow.
It would be a little difficult for Anthony to do a cook-off with anyone...

(Not as I thought Anthony Bourdain.)

Want some Lea & Perrins...? When I watched TV, that was one of the shows we always watched.

First of all Laura nice wheels. Looks like a fun car.
Jay astounding shots... caught in a time capsule.
Here are some on the way to and in Marquette. The first shot is I believe the ultimate Tribute Door for Leighton. "Photographer!" I selected the car in the serene Church shot as to present the absence of serenity on the open road.
