Serge's DC pics made me go look for this scene of the Capitol, from exactly 6 years ago. Fuji Superia 400 film, 20 3.5 UD. I did not note down the camera, but my guess is it was an F2SB.

I took a drive down to the Ocmulgee River just to look around and take a couple of shots. I found this couple broken down on the side of the road, but it was too late for them. Also found this cool old store along the road.

Thanks, George. How are you liking the medium format Fuji? I've considered looking into them myself. Han you ever put a Mamiya MF lens on it?
I am really enjoying it. I have not tried the Mamiya lenses yet. I have one native GF lens the 50mm f/3.5 (outstanding) and adapted the Nikkor 75mm medium format for Broncia. The Nikkor primes for 35mm over 50mm work very well covering the sensor. Especially the 85/1.4, 105/1.8, 135/2, 180/2.8 and 200/2. For wide angle the PC 28mm/3.5 covers well and gives the equivalence of 22mm (0.79X crop factor)
Well enough to save me a lot of money in GF glass. I do not need the AF and bought the camera for the sensor
The humble Nikkor 200mm f/4 works well covering the sensor too (below sample shot from Friday, no crop).

Very nice! I've heard nothing but praise for the MF Fujis. The reason I asked about Mamiya lenses is that I used them back in my film days on an RB67. Those lenses render some beautiful images. It looks like the Nikkor lenses work very well on that camera, though.
Samy the shadows on your Capitol shots are terrific. Really well composed!
Raphael great to see you got out and about. Things are so much different here in Florida where everything is open, restaurants, bars, schools and events without Covid issues. Your shots show people with no signs of happiness. What a difference in each states management.
These are from an old time gun show here in Florida. Lot's of interesting stuff and well attended. So here's a virtual tour for those still locked down!
