Serge, very nicely decked out! Where is it in NYC. Once in the winter holiday I was at the Rockefeller Center where the skating rink in front of the tree is. Don't know where those pics are, that was a number of years ago.
Jupiter/Saturn Conjunction @ 100% Viewing
600/5.6 ED-IF AIS + 1.4TC.
Poor seeing due to high thin clouds, but a decent pic.
Likely similar to what Galileo saw in 1610 when he first drew Saturn.
Very cool John! A couple days ago I was looking for what focal length equivalent Galileo's telescope would have been. Jupiter's 4 large moons come out clearly when I have had the shutter speed closer to 1/10s with a higher ISO.
