I´ve not been very active on the forum lately. We´ve had a really intense heat wave over here 33, degrees celsius, 90 degrees fahrenheit in the shade. Plus crazy lot´s of work, it´s been quite exhausting...Temperatures is going to get a bit lower now, and hopefully there will be some more photography going on.
I´ve been enjoying all the shared shots mostly from my smart phone. A lot of great work have been shared. I hope everyone are well and staying healthy!
Despite my whining above I´v been able to take a few here and there....
Took a trip on the ferry over Öresund, where the sound between Sweden and Denmark is most narrow, Helsingborg and Helsingör. I read in the ferry brochure that they had some Mount Gay rum for a bargain. I guess Reagan made me do it (shots will come later). Anyway here´s a couple of shots from before the ferry and on the ferry.
Then we had to go the beach before it´s getting cooler in the water. Left the west coast and headed over to the much less crowded east side of Skåne county.

Continuing my deranged experiment shooting manual focus lenses on fast moving critters, these, like the previous one were taken with no flash. In this case I used a D850 with the less capable IQ of the 200mm f/4. Exposed at 1/4000 at 1250 ISO f/4, this is not a crisp as the 180mm f/2.8 at f/4, but probably passable..
Andy your trip sounds like my kind of road trip. Have fun and keep up the nice images.
Laura we're back from Michigan and passed thru Dayton at 0800 on the way home. Was thinking of breakfast but we pushed on!
Jay are those hummingbirds shot taken at the Saguaro Park in Tucson. Been there and its a terrific place.
Now here are some pictures of the inner ARK. Perhaps there is a naval architect on tis thread that can comment! Seems like the iron braces and strong ties were a little after Noah's time. The other thing I found strange was the large animals were on the upper deck while the insects were in the hull. He definitely needed a cargo master. But he included a gift shop on every level.
