First time out with the M240. I love the shutter release and the LED frame lines - they make it very easy to see, in all light conditions. I'm also really enjoying the option of LV, the auto magnification works quite well. I have ordered a VF-2.
This is my first time using a full frame camera - it's a bit of a shock coming from the M8! I already know the 50 Summilux will now get used a lot more, but I'm struggling with just how wide the 28 Cron is.... I'll keep shooting but maybe I trade the cron for a 35 Lux. Time will tell.
Great shots all! Sorry I can't keep up with comments but have been clicking the "like" button as I browse.
Just a few comments,
Gary, love those M8 B&W shots with the ZM35C, especially #1,2 and 4. You keep tempting me with a 21SEM with those shots! Really nice work with the M240 + 21SEM
Peter, really enjoyed looking at your recent Lapland shots at your site, thanks for sharing.
Ron, M240 shots looking good. Can't wait to see more.
Michael, more excellent shots from your recent vacation.
Ash, congrats on your M240. Don't sell the 28Cron so soon, its a great lens on full frame.
Allen, great portrait at the ER room!

Trying out my 35FLE which returned from Leica NJ this week. Turnaround for repair was just under 2 months, no complains as it was under warranty and now annoying rattling sound is gone.
Thanks to everyone who liked my photos and the feedback. Its always encouraging.
Michael: nice depiction of the kind of work some people have to put in in their daily lives to make a living.
Ron, the 2nd one with the 90 Summarit is beautiful. Get a great sense of space due to the people on the left.
Michael, again great shots with the 50Lux. I remember you had shots of the location similar to the last 3 from the 35cron v1. Loved those too.
Gary, again, awesome landscapes with the 21sem. I liked the 2nd one the most. Also, loved the BW from the zm35c. I agree, the one with the kids has captured the excitement very well. Also liked the one of the men playing Mahjong?
AshNZ, I understand how you feel, I felt the same way with the zm25 as well. I didnt have any view finder for the 25 and had to go by feel as to whats in the frame and whats out. After a few shots, I could do it fairly well.
Joe, cool shot of the kids.
And cool shot of the ER nurse, Allen, thankfully no emergencies there.
Here are a few with a 50cron v4. these are very initial shots after I got the m9. Suddenly, walking around shopping malls seemed interesting. Sorry about the inconsistent image sizes though.
#3 I was asked specifically not to take photos here, the only place as far I can remember. Maybe some kind of secret donuts. Secret Donuts by Manoj Prabhu, on Flickr
Thanks Manoj. Nice set with the 50CronV4! Delicious looking meals and donuts. The soft release does help with slower shutter speeds but I have lost one or two as it kind of unscrews easily if I am not careful. I have given up on them but I believe many shooters like them.
Allen - I could instantly tell it was the 35lux due to the unmistakable, unique rendering and characteristics of that lens. Or because it is the only lens you use…..
APO lanthar 90/3.5 bare lens weighs 243 grams, a dream on the camera. The lens is a steal at 350USD for an exe copy. Early days, but it appears very good right from 3.5. The summarit 90/2.5 weighs 343, and feels very natural on the camera, far far lighter feeling than the Elmarit-M. Build is as good or better than any leica lens I've used. Rubber focus ring does stand out, and attracts blemishes. Focus is smooth but does take more effort to turn on this copy than most of my RF glass.
Thanks for comments and likes but as usual I have been poor at commenting and just used the like button (the like button has really made me lazy, sorry for that)
I took a walk around the construction site in the area this morning and snapped a few shots. M9 and 50 Lux and last with the 28 Cron.
Soon time to hit the sofa and watch the cross-skiing in the Olympics. Go Sweden!
Rocky, we need to catch up
Michael, love the first set, p 898, great use of the shadows Second, fun, and love the last image.
Ron, great to see you about with the M240!! Very nice.
Ryan, really nice composition.
Gary, beautiful tonality and images!!!
Allen, superb portrait!!
Ash, congrats on the M240
Joe, glad to see your 35 Lux is back! Great capture, and love how the 35 Lux works with the MM.
Manoj, nice series!
Phil, congrats on the 50 Cron Rigid Great shots, and really nice to see how it meshes with Monochrom.
Charlie, nice series!
Joakim, really like #1
Shot this afternoon, with the M240 and 50 Cron Rigid DR I still think this is one of my favorite portrait lenses.
