nice sets, everyone! Ron, that 3rd one in that series struck me hard.
anyways, here's a few to share...
oh and word of warning to M240 owners: the hot shoe cover for the M240 is flimsy; i split mine at the corner...and it's $59 (ARE YOU SERIOUS, LEICA?!). i used crazy glue for now...I'll probably end up throwing that crap and cover the EVF port with gaffer's tape.
Doug, nice shot with the 80Lux. Didn't know you have a collection of R glass? BTW, its good to experiment with your pp, because sometimes you never know what you like without trying new things
Edward, perfect colors. French flags and X'mas trees in Bangkok? Excellent shot. I am tempted to try a A7 but might give it a miss and wait for the next generation.
C.D., cool shots with the 0.95, especially the first one! The other photographers must be wondering what you were doing with a film camera and a manual focus lens
Gary, the Nikkor 55 f/3.5 looks great. Like all three takes on this set. Have you tried the 60 Macro R yet? I'm tempted to give it a try.
Dexter, nice set of family pics. I think I already misplaced my hot-shoe cover the first week. I agree, sometimes Leica accessory pricing is ridiculous, its even worse with the S system. Leica wants almost $200 for a replacement S hood and $80 for a replacement rear lens cap.

S2 Summarit-S 70
Our older son caught a stomach bug today. Took this when he was still cheerful this morning.
This was shot on AWB. AWB and colors on the S2 looks much more accurate than the M8/9/240.Not sure if it has anything to do with the 16bit color sensor.
Thanks Joe. I have quite a bit of aged look pottery from Pottery Barn. So, I need to shoot some of it. I was VERY impressed when I drilled down to see the full size image, some of the greenery that got "nailed" on focus, was amazing the detail.
My R collection consists of the "80 lux", lol. that's it. I actually bought it with a plan to convert it to Nikon. That plan never came to fruition. I was going to sell it, nobody wanted to buy it at my price, so I finally decided I would just keep it and try it on my M, once I got an M. I almost converted it to Nikon a while back when a kit was for sale here at the forum. But finally decided I would try it on my M.
It's not easy to use with Live view, but it is capable of yielding some nice results. I could see it being an extremely nice portrait lens.
Fursan, amazing series of images! Very powerful.
Ron, superb images from the memorial. Great composition and imagination to the shots!!!
Gary, awesome shots with the ZM 25! Excellent PP'ing, and colors are amazing. The ZM 25 on the M240 is one great combo Fantastic abstract set with the Nikkor 55.
Edward, the ZM25 is great on the M9. You can notice the difference between the A7 and M9 with this lens.
Brian, nice portrait!
Dale, very nice portrait series!
Doug, love your shot with the 80R!
Joe, great work with the 50 Nocti!! Love your shot of your son Your thoughts on the 50 Nocti, creating the illusion with a longer focal length is interesting.
I was asked to take some shots over the weekend, and my preferred setup with the 50 Cron Rigid DR was with the A7r for portraits. The A7r is lighter, and responds perfectly with the 50 Cron Rigid DR, 50 Nocti f/1.0 and 75 Lux. The added DR is great too. For portraits this is great, but I have not tried any 35's yet.
I also had my M240 also, but I did use any WA's here. I apologize for the cross post, and hope this is relevant to the 50 Cron Rigid DR for portraits. For WA work the M240 is a definitive choice still

Thanks Joe. As it is, I would recommend the A7 which is much better than the A7R with RF wides. Knowing Sony's prolific body releases, I wouldn't be surprised to see in the near future an A7M with a sensor optimized for RF glass. It must be very easy for them just to replace the sensor cover with a thin one. We should petition Sony for that
Very Nice Doug thanks for sample shots of your R lens
Charles and Edwards, your shots from both here and the A7 threads are seriously making me want to get a A7! I need to resist, it's already in the shopping cart! All I have to do is press Buy!
Today I tried the M8 in hyperfocal with the CV15. (All f5,6 set from 1 mt to infinity)
I'll need some time to improve how to process M8 raws,
I like this CV15 on the M8 cropped sensor.
The next lens I'm looking for is Nokton 35 1,2 or nokton 50 1,1 (for low light)
Can you post some jpg of these two lenses? Has anyone used these Voigtlanders on the M8? Thanks!
Wow, this thread sure moves fast that I can't keep up with everyone, so I've just been sprinkling likes around without commenting when I see pictures I like.
nibutto, love your processing, are you using any presets like VSCO?
Here are some random shots from a dinner from last week (all M240 with 50 lux asph):
