Thanks Charles, Edward, Joakim and everyone else for the likes.

Joe!!! WOW Alex Webb, what an experience. Did he have a camera with him? I know he is a 35mm cron man but I wonder what body he is using now.
Nice work man!
Thanks! Nope no camera on him. I think he switched to a M9 at least 1.5-2 years back after he ran out of Kodakchrome labs to process his color film. I asked him about lenses sometime back and he said almost always a 35Cron, an older one but I didn't ask which version. Not sure which lens he currently shoots but if you look at Magnum's postcard from America site, there are some 28 Elmarit EXIF info on his pictures. On the other hand Constantine Manos has all the new toys. He just received his M240s and some new lenses from Leica.
Any ideas why the EXIF is not showing the focal length and aperture correctly?
(Never mind, the lens detection was on auto, seems it has to be entered manually)
Thank you very much Joe
Jam, congrats on the new 75 Lux Usually you have to enter the lens in manually, unless it has been coded.
Another hint with the M240, using the 75 Lux, is that LV works well for subjects you wish to be in focus at mid distances. Yes even with a well calibrated RF, the LV makes it so much easier.
Shot from last night, watching the Kite Surfing. M240 75 Lux
Allen, congrats for the article. Great shots too! Probably Huff got confused by your last name, sounds very French You should consider changing it to Alain Bourgeois
Charles, another beautiful shot. Love the evening colors and composition.
Great shots! guys.
Run out of photo. not many good ones to show here.
Here is one from weekend! Harsh light with lots of UV pollution. I am a little bit struggle with the color.

jamgolf, congrats on your 75Lux!
Charles, more excellent shots from the beach. 75lux shot is superb.
Michael, stunning Velvia colors with the ZMB21! Struggling with colors? Can't see it on this shot
Picked up a Mamiya 645 120/4 Macro lens. Rendering reminds me of some of Leica's older double gauss lens such as the 50Crons and 90Crons? Sorry for the boring subject matter in my backyard for these test shots. All handheld.
Been a warm autumn/fall so far but leaves are slowly changing their color. S2 Summarit 70CS
Will catch up on posts later ... it's late and I'm tired! Just a few from today - had a client want very casual shots "like you take of your own kids" she said to me. The baby cried the whole time; but hey, it's real.
Thank you very much Joe and Allen
Joe, wonderful rendering with the Mamiya Macro 130!!
Katie, great portrait series! The CV 50/1.5 is an excellent lens
Shot from the Kite surfing evening. M240 and 75 Lux I am now finding the 75 Lux, works so much better with the M240 compared to the M9's. It may have to do with the 24 MP's, the rendering of the colors, or just being able to accurately focus.
Charles - really like the shot of the lady on the beach one page back (she's looking at the camera).
zhangyue - Nice tree shot, love the rich saturation
Katie - the second last shot is great.
joe88 - Like the shot of the berries and the rosemary. Had all those Mamiya lenses ages ago, neat to see them on digital now! Also how you like the Noctilux so far? I'll post some images in a bit from a party I was at, I'm liking mine a lot for more then just night time (but that might be because Leica still has my 50APO).
rsolti13 - The monochrom was made for night.. Or so you make it seem
leonasj - Really like the first 18ZM shot, really nice colors, and cleanness to the photo.
airfrogusmc - Nice little Steve Huff article!
jamgolf - You can also look into using a sharpie to 6-bit code your lens, if it doesn't have coding on it. Cool shot btw.
Sorry I haven't been active, I've been toying with a A99 and 85/ZA, trying to see if it's a viable wedding camera.. Kinda getting sick of my Canons and Nikons. I really think Leica has spoiled me :|
Charles, I'm sporting WAY WAY to many lenses right now, and way to many systems.. I have humidity controlled cabinets full of lenses.. But you make a good point
As promised, posting some shots I took with the Noctilux. These were from a concert I went to, took around 150 shots, kept around 100, picked a few random ones, since I liked the look of most of my shots that night.
