Ryan, love the deep shadows in your shot!
Joakim, great shot! Very elegant design.
Ron, great set of shots!!! Very imaginative compositions
Hilmar, yes neat and expensive portrait
Gary, really nice series. Favorites here are with the 21 SEM
Edwin, magical captures, particularly the last 2 shots
Seekuh, love that portrait with the very expensive eyeglasses
Zhangyue, very nice shot of the cathedral with dramatic perspective.
Ron, beautiful set! Can't pick a favourite, all fantastic!
Gary, very nice snow shots as usual. I particularly like the 1st one.
Edwin, simply amazing!
Ron, Nice composition and lighting. Last is my favorite.
Gary, what a beautiful place.
Edwin, another wonderful set. Great moment and lovely color.
Edward, they looks delicious. Are those paid works?
Hilmar, cool shot!
Michael, excellent shots with the ZM21. Love the angles on the church shot. Really nice colors on the FL shot as well. I smell tri-x on the last shot. Can't wait to see some film shots
Joakim, an excellent shot from your archive. Nice contrasting colors on the wall.
Ron, excellent snow set! Love the footprints.
Gary, very nice set with the snow and mountains.
Edwin, more magic with the 75Lux! Excellent shots and love the colors.
Edward, excellent food shots. I'm feeling hungry now
Gary, Zhangyue, wstam, joe thanks for the those comments
The 75 lux does give some magic to the photo. I was only using that lens the whole time with the M9, and cv15 on the M7 (which didnt come out that impressive)
Beautiful shots Edwin, full of awsome color!! Wish I wasn't stuck in Mindanoa for work, would of been fun to shoot the Dinagyang festival in from where my wife is from in Iloilo.
Edwin, these are great! IIRC, you also shot this event last year and IMO your images from it this year are much better. I think factors such as the increased compression and background separation, as well as the 75 Lux background rendering have all contributed. I really like your timing of 1 & 3 above.
Regarding the CV21/18, no, I haven't shot anything new with it. I really haven't had much chance to get out between various jobs and recovering from the flu for the past ~10 days. When I've gone out, it's been during the day and I wanted the 21SEM in the bag.
Michael - turning into a 21mm shooter? All I can say, is I know that look & feel, and it's Zeiss Biogon 21mm.
Edward - great job on the food photos. Simple and very clean with great colors. And I haven't had anything to eat since midday, so I'm suffering a bit looking at these!
Gary - really nice! And what a great location for some 'pond' hockey. A bit OT, but are those Canada Goose jackets any good? I've been seeing a TON of them all over this year. Seems like they're the hot cold weather fashion item this winter, and not cheap either. Maybe that's why....
For those who have traveled through Toronto Pearson airport's new Terminal 1, you probably recognize the above, titled Earthbound... Unbound, by Ingo Maurer. It's the first time I've stopped to actually photograph it, perhaps because today I wasn't in a rush and just dropping off, rather than catching a flight myself. Might be worthwhile exploring the options a bit more...
First bunch with the 50 Lux ASPH, then a few with the 21SEM, second to last with the 50 again, and the last one with the 28 Cron.
