Got my M9 this afternoon. What a camera! Wow. I can focus much faster than I ever did with my dSLR manual focus lenses. Love it. I am waiting on my Summilux 50 (two more weeks) to arrive, in the mean while got myself a ZM 25. ZM 25 has the familiar Zeiss rendition, clean and warm. Like to think ZM 25 rendition is somewhere in between 35/2 ZE and 21/2.8 ZE.
Taking a picture never felt so easy and natural. There is something to be said about the experience, which I can't put a finger on yet. On top of that, the camera build is just exquisite.
There are definitely some quirks (close focusing being the biggest issue), and for some reason the camera seemed to suck power (shot about 90-100 shots, the battery indicator went from about 95% to 70%, normal ?), and the lcd screen leaves a lot to be desired.
Never the read-the-manual-first type of person, fiddled around with changing the ISO and somehow settings did not change when they were not 'SET' ! Gotta go read the manual and also need to figure out how to change those darn bright lines for different focal lengths.
Anyways, less talk and first pictures with the M9, lacking composition, creativity and content.
Thanks to all who helped me decide. You folks know who you are! Very much appreciated.
All ZM 25 (minor adjustments, some images need WB tweaks)

You don't need to change those, the lens itself sets them right.
If you want to see the others, use the switch at the front, next to the lens.

He's using the Zeiss 25mm, it doesn't bring up the correct frame lines.

Congrats Ajay.
I find I get about 300-350 shots per charge and would highly recommend that you buy at least one more battery. I always bring three and on a long day will easily burn through two. At least the charger is small and also easy to bring along.
I agree about focusing, especially wide angle lenses, and is one of the reasons I wanted to give the M9 a try. The bigger test will be the 50 Lux once you receive it. If you shoot a lot at stopped down apertures (like me), then manual focusing is a breeze - much easier than current DSLRs and it's nice to have consistent focus too that's easy to eyeball.
Also check if the camera has the most current firmware already installed. If not you should update it and you'll find that LCD previews are generated a bit faster. The biggest gain though is fixing residual corner colour shifts.
Dierk, Joakim, Luka and Wozza, thanks! Much appreciated
Dierk, superb portraits! Love the lighting
Joakim, very nice shots It does sound like a card reader problem
Luka, great set! Excellent compositions, particularly #2 and 3! Love the colours in #4
d.topp, you are maybe the first person in internet, whose Noctilux photos are amazing and they were done not just for the sake of bokeh at f/0.95. You can turn surrounding things into poetry, I love these shots of musicians.

Dan, really funky colors in those clouds. Are you sure they're legal?

The disparity between the colour of the clouds and the colour of the reflected clouds is probably colour shifts caused by stacking ND grads.
