Here are some images from the first batch of film shot on my M6 with various vintage screw mount lenses, developed by me at home, and scanned by me with the Valoi35 and SL3. Capturing the street life in Parma in an authentic style that matches the esthetics of our city was a primary driver of my experiments with film. I just can't get this out of digital.
Those familiar with my digital work on the Parma project should see that shooting B&W film is having an effect on what, and how I shoot street in Parma. I am learning a lot from this effort. Yes, it is slow and more difficult at all levels. But that creates an intimacy between me and the images that I think will be valuable to me personally, and the project.
