Yes, Parma is a very elegant and beautiful city. The best thing is that despite having pretty much everything Florence has it is authentic and doesn't get overwhelmed with tourists. Also awarded by UNESCO WORLD HERATIGE to have the best food in the World! It is a rich city by Italian standards but still very affordable. Most people live here on less than $2,000 per Month. Hard to miss here.
You need to learn Italian here. Few speak English. OK with me...
Oh yeah, they love dogs here. Streets are full of people walking theirs every day. Yours will be welcomed and happy in Parma.
No idea about his Cousins, but I have plenty of my own relatives in Italy.

Just some street scenes from Parma this past weekend as I was out enjoying the city with a photographer friend. Just to share with you all the life I am experiencing here these days. I can't go out anywhere without a camera.
You will notice that the streets are not full of cars or congestion. You need a special permit to drive or park a car here in the old City Center. I live in the Zone so I get the permit. But I never drive in the area. Like most people we just walk or ride a bike unless going far. It make life so nice not be have traffic and noise. There are issues however. The computer got my permit messed up. I have received a stack of more that 50 tickets. The permit has been fixed so that has stopped. I go to court today to hopefully have the tickets dismissed. Fingers crossed. The bureaucracy here is the big negative of living here.

People don't let weather keep them in. It is chilly now, but they adapt in fun ways and keep active.
People love to go walking together. Men and women often arm and arm with eachother. I love Italian style.
Just a typical Sunday evening before dinner with people out Christmas shopping. This is pretty much right in front of our house.
The City put up a beautiful Christmas Tree in the town square.

Nice, I think the Voigt 28 APO is the best lens overall they have ever made. I wish it had the haptics of the 28 Cron, outside of that, this lens is about perfect for me

Yes! I know this isn't the M11M, but my favorite lens on the M11M is the 35 Cron APO. The Voigt 28 APO is almost right there with the Cron. It really shines in B&W
