Been keeping my nose to the grindstone trying to push through a backlog of recent work. Here's a favourite from Lake Geneva - Chateau Chillon at sunset. Arrived too late to go in, oh well, it was interesting enough around the outside.
M9 & ZM21

Greg - nice selection as usual. I'm curious about the CV12 - have you coded it (it seems you probably have) and which did you find to work the best? It seems to work better on the M9 than the CV15, so now, even though I'm not sure how much I would use the 12, am thinking of getting one...
Ryan, excellent last set. The first image has a nice feel IMO and love the wall in the fourth. Have you been doing anything differently with your PP lately?
Charles, love the sunset photos!
Phil, those cars are awesome and the photos really make them gleam. Curious about your statement about not liking to go stronger than ND.9. Are there problems with color shifts, or other image degradation? It would seem to me that a .6 on an f/1.4 lens might not be quite enough in full on bright sun with white subject matter... (assuming ISO 160 rather than pull ISO 80). I realize you're at f/1 on the Nocti...
Luka, nice solution. Reminds me of when I used to work in a camera store
Interestingly, a similar type of project has kept me on observer status here. For the past week, during a lull between work, I decided to tackle what seems to be becoming a once-per-decade spring cleaning (yeah, I hate throwing away anything I *think* I might need down the road). I managed to get rid of a lot of junk, like dead and obsolete electronics, old boxes for stuff no longer in my possession, etc... But perhaps the most depressing was the reminder that I have literally thousands of rolls of processed film that at some point I want to re-edit and digitize. The problem with that, however, is I feel like I'm barely keeping on top of all the digital work from the past years, let alone the last few months.
As for gear storage, I really like the Pelican 1510 case with dividers and already have a couple for my big lenses and football travel kits. They're an excellent, practical replacement for the big cases the super-tele lenses come in. They're also practical size that doesn't get too heavy when full, so I'm thinking of buying a few more and just keeping all cameras and lenses in those instead of my current storage solutions. I figure I can also pack about 20-24 bare hard drives in one (I have about 30-40 at the moment, including back-ups, etc., though critical files are also 'on the cloud'...). A week ago we had a storm with 100 km/h (60 mph) gusts. Trees were uprooted, etc., but luckily not around the house. It got me thinking if the house ever got nailed by anything that could cause water damage, I'd be in trouble. Also, a couple days ago our 1970s vintage toaster caught on fire (!), so that got me thinking about potential smoke damage... A Pelican won't do much against an actual fire, or probably if the house got hit directly by a tornado, but it would at least provide better protection against some degree of smoke, water and impact...
Oh, and congrats Luka on the 28 Cron. It looks very impressive considering its 'bargain' price compared to the 35 Lux. I noticed what seemed to look like CA in some of the tree photos in your first set. Is it an issue with the lens, or just a fluke with those files? For example: cron28-007.
