Haha! I wanted to compliment your M8 as well, I’ve seen your photos these last few days and it made me want to take back my M9.
I find your photos to be excellent and it reminded me that despite the frustration of poor low light performance and the neverending doubts induced by the bashing of the M8/M9 myth, there is still something to it. Or I do desire to believe so anyway from time to time.

I made a curves adjustment in the red / cyan channel (red) and the blue / yellow (yellow) channel.
I've shot this a tonne of times on film, but I think this is the first on digital.
I'm Sunny F16-it during daylight, setting ISO to 200, 1/250 and aperture to suit. Just how I would shoot my M-A, M3 etc. Dark scenes then I let the AE do its thing.

Testing a lens I hardly ever use - the Summicron 40 f2 - on my 10r.
Shot at f2, iso 800, 1/60. Full image, then 100% crop. It's frankly amazing that these ancient lenses created before digital was even a twinkle in Kodak's eye hold up so well on a high mp sensor.
