I spent about an hour and half photographing this building in Reykjavik. With only 5 hours of sunlight a day, the "golden hour" lasted throughout the entire period of daylight.
Shot with an M9 that I purchased for... $1050 that had less than 5000 shutter actuations and minor corrosion, and a Voigt Color Skopar 35mm lens, I had loads of fun trying to capture the way light reflected and bounced around.
For those interested, I'm sending my M9 off to Kolarivision for sensor glass replacement. My sensor is an older one (2010 ID4), so it is possible they will tell me that it can't be done... fingers crossed that they can do the glass repair and that I will have a corrosion-free sensor.
