I applied no noise reduction other than the preset luminance slider at 30, and the images are unbelievably clean as compared to images shot at the same iSO values from my M11P. Yes, converting color images to b/w is just fine, but at high ISO values there’s simply no comparison to images shot with the monochrome cam.

Yeah. Me too. Although the red filter wouldn't have had all that much effect here. At least not much stronger than the image already. The blues are not clear, more like a subtle grey blue. The foreground a very muted colour.
I still miss the M10M and I wish I could swap my M11 for an M11M. Just no stock or demand in South Africa. Only special order, and I'm never doing that again.
I went for a photo walk with friends on Saturday morning. I liked the pastel colors my friend Dana was wearing and when we passed this building I decided to try this Triptych.
A couple shots trying out the M 75/2.4 on the SL2-S at Forest Park Tournament today.
Taken minutes apart. Singles is a brutal game on such big courts.
I liked the interplay of they R / B / Y, juxtaposed with the silhouette of the human condition ... one tired dude, catching some shade, during a timeout (2 minutes only) near the end of this semi-finals match. Down 16-19 at this point, went on to win 21-19.
