LCpl "Bruno" , “Teufel Hunden”, Maggie and Jiggs, and "Chesty" are all part of the Marine Corps legacy Allen!
I have attended many ceremonies at Arlington where "Chesty xxx" was present and accounted for!
While he may have snarled a tad to an army grunt, he always allowed a pet.
He knew who was who despite their service branch!
Well done Marine! You did Chesty proud!

The beautiful attractions and wonderful Italian lifestyle is everywhere in Florence. I captured this image in a nice sidewalk Bistro in a locals area, not a tourist area.
No Huss, this very pleasant woman was not selling anything. We just had a short and enjoyable conversation.

I have always admired the Asian people in their recognizing of their ancestors/family's passing! This is remarkable!
I found memorials even deep in the jungles of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in 1967-1969. Neither armies defaced these memorials despite the circumstances! I even see a few from Vietnamese people!

Yes Very beautiful, classy woman! Great pose also!
Yes if alone, I might try to engage her in a nice conversation over a beverage then say Ciao! Ciao means so much more that See ya!, Hello.....is only a minor part to that greeting to Italians heritage! .........And then I return to wherever......

Not a pose, this was a candid shot when she noticed I was taking the photo. I didn't speak to her until after taking this image. She is just naturally that elegant. Italian women are such a joy when happy, but equally a problem when not. !
