I spent some time in London trying to broaden my photographic eye when framing. This included using reflections and silhouette in images. I came across this colorful background with a game table of some sort in the foreground. So I decided to use the glass top to reflect he colorful background creating a half reflected composition. I just needed someone interesting to enter the scene for the silhouette. A number of rather mundane subjects walked through and I took images as a safety shots Finally this guy walked though and just once threw a ball (may be a fruit I'm not sure) in the air and caught it. I managed (got lucky) to capture the ball in mid air.

Both are beautiful. I personally prefer the color one as I really like the darker green tone of the overall image. The reflections on the vehicle's windshield and wheel fender are more subtle in the color image.
B&W for me as well. Shapes and tones communicate better. I have gotten to the point that unless color is integral to the story of the image, I prefer mono.
