Thanks! The worst of the flooding is in southern MN near Mankato. It's a sad situation down there with an old dam that ready to bust apart. I live high on a hill overlooking a lake and not in really in any danger . . . thank goodness!
Not photographing much these days, here is an old image that I consider a cliché. Also, not that eager about posting because, on any forum (such as here or flickr), I usually get likes in inverse proportion to my own feeling about the images — and that has been my experience on a thread I started here two days ago in which I posted 17 photos.

Today was my first day in London this trip. I spent the afternoon just exp-loring the rea around my Hotel. The same sales girl gang is here in London. A truly International group here. My favorite sales person is actually Dutch, but working in London. This time flogging leather duffle bags. Anyone need one? I have a few extras. You will of course have to pay for the shipping back to the states...
My favorite photography buddy this trip is my youngest Granddaughter Adaline. She asked for a camera for her Birthday while we were in Florence. She picked the cute little pink point and shoot camera. I must say she is a bold little photographer. We we walk around street shooting together when she sees something or someone she finds interesting she just walks right up close and takes the picture she wants. Snaps the shutter smiles, says thank you and walks away. No one ever says no, mostly they just break out laughing, and she gets some pretty interesting shots.
She is pretty good in front of the camera too. No posing this child. She knows exactly how she wants to look.
