While doing the fashion shoot yesterday I kept my eye out for other more spontaneous photo opportunities as they presented themselves.. The M11 is very quick to use this way.
I have a rack bag on the way to carry a camera and such... This ride I just slung the Q crossbody..
You might consider putting your camera in a hip pack to keep it on your body rather than a bag on the bike, I've talked to fellow cyclists who have rattled their camera to death when they are mounted on the bike.
Delta 3200 is really grainy in DF96 - exactly what I wanted. If I shot HP5, TriX, Kentmere 400 all @ 800 and developed it in DF96, those will have way less grain.

I have rolled that idea around for that reason also.
I just looked through my plethora of bags and found a small Ape Case waist bag that the Q fits great...
