No, because I don't want to switch to yet another RAW application, having just recently adopted LR, though if I was to shoot a lot of this stuff, I would probably consider it.
A well known problem with the M8/9 and digital backs, and one of the chief reasons for the excellent de-moire facility in capture-one. Kind of silly of Leica to partner with Adobe for the M9, but then I guess they figured most people would know about the moire issue.
onaujee, the first photo is great.
kl, I like the portrait
Ron, great portraits. I like the first and the last the most, maybe because they are not just portraits, there also something happening in them.
Charles, excellent colours.
Your first shot is only very nice, Charles, while the second is stunning! Though in the third, the thin DOF effect might be a tad overdone IMHO, and the OOF eye bothers me a bit

Taken by my 1DS2/Canon 135L (sorry ;-) but i just picked this up today:

are you using a viewfinder with the m9 now? how are the frame lines?
no i dont have a viewfinder--i never used it on my m8, i was able to guess pretty well. i will wait and see on this. i actually haven't even had time to shoot the m9 yet, just opened it.
Wow lovinglife, an M9 already? I've never seen such a bad case of altoholism! Congrats. That plus the 21 Lux is truly a unique combination. Looking forward to seeing some shots!
Joakim, Ryan and Philippe .... thanks guys Philippe I do agree about the third shot, as I would normally use f/2.8 - 4.0, for a side on portrait. This was the first test run after Solms , just seeing how the 90 Cron AA would perform in focusing accurately
Ryan, very nice series of shots! Your daughter is an up and coming model
Joakim, I love the rendering in the last series of shots! Even in RGB mode
Lovinglife, Wow... Congratulations!!! What a great combo! I agree with Carsten, you won't need the IR filter. I have had a few second lenses that came with the IR fitted, but I found the IQ was better without IMO. Love to see your shots with this combo
Luka, excellent series of shots! Love the colours and depth in these shots. #4 has deep richness in the colour of the Ferrari
