Our Sunday afternoon tradition. Italian food with the family. Today at Buona Forchetta (good fork) restaurant in South Park San Diego. Real authentic hand made Italian food. Everyone is from Italy and speaks Italian. One of our favorites. Always a blessing to spend an afternoon this way.

I was at a benefit for a cancer charity last night. I lost my wife to cancer in 2021 so it was especially important to me. Taking concert photos is both hard for me on a technical level and very important to me on an emotional level - I love live music and she and I went to live shows (big and small) together often.
This benefit is called “Be Loud Sophie” in Carrboro NC. They were covering REM tracks for their 10th, and final, show.
