Visited my little home town of Albion Michigan this week to look around and take some pictures of course..
My grandfathers picture with Detroit Tiger's manager Sparky Anderson was displayed on the back bar of Cascarelli's tavern for many years and now I have the picture.. They serve a Reuben that's to die for...
This is the last pic I took of Peppers. He passed away yesterday. I am devastated. I found him 14 years ago in a gutter one night in Venice. He had been abused and thrown away. I wasn't sure if he'd survive the night but his broken bones healed with time.
This last year I would drag his furry butt around in that wagon, as he could no longer walk far due to the effect of those long ago injuries coming back with age. He loved the wagon though, and that way he still got to come along. Daisy was just in there for the ride.
I am so glad I constantly photograph those that I love. You can never have too many pics.

Huss, I am so sorry to learn of Pepe's passing. I know how tough these things are having suffered through a number of pet passings in my lifetime. In time, you memories will primarily be about the good times you shared with this great friend. Just know your friends here on FM are sharing in your grief.
