Driving home from my walk at the Cove this evening I saw these ladies sitting in the patio of one of our local coffee/sanwich shops called "The Living Room". I was drawn to the soft evening light, mixed with the neon signs. So I pulled over into a red zone, jumped out of my SUV and snapped a made a quick image.
When I got home I went to put my SD card into the card reader to download. OOPS no SD card in the camera. Normally this would have meant no images. I cursed at myself for being so stupid. Then I remembered that the Leica M 11 has 64 gigs of internal memory. I just pluged the Cord into my camera instead of the reader and downloaded the whole day's worth of images. I use fast V90 cards, but the internall memory downs way faster.
All cameras should come with internal memory and a card slot. Another reason to love an M11.

Sadly yesterday afternoon my son was riding the bike and was stopped for a turn and a large pickup truck didn't see him and hit him at 40mph. They had to back the truck off of him to get him free. He's in a Trauma Unit with 4 broken vertebrae, broken pelvis and tail bone.
