After 5 days of heavy rain and wind storms, this afternoon the sun came out, the wind lightened up, and it was really nice outside. We are expecting anoth 5 days of storms starting tomorow. So I, and I think everyone else in San Diego used this short window of nice weather to get out of the house and take a walk.
I took my Leica M10-P and went down to the Mission/Pacific Beach Boardwalk for a couple of hours. I saw this gentleman happily waiting to be served at new ourdoor resturaunt that just opened. He gave me permission to take his picture, but he said I had to do it fast, and I only get one shot, so I better make it a good one. This is that one shot.
While walking along the Mission Beach Boardwalk yesterday I saw this guy jump up on the wall and start texting while his significant other used the rest room. His Bob Dylan look, body gesture, and centering on the building behind, drew my attention so I quickly grabed a shot. When she came out of the restroom she went off on this guy about him texting some other woman. Last time I saw them she was following him down the Boardwalk yelling at him. The things you see when out making images.
I always get a light leak shooting the first image on this film. But this is not the film's fault really, as I am being cheap and squeaking out shot count 0. If I wound it on to 1, no issue (plus they roll 38 exposures anyway).

Ha, ha. I remember doing the same. I don't think it was being "cheap", just that if you're packing light, and only have the roll in camera, or maybe one more in your pocket ... it just stretches your shot count.
Besides, it kinda looks like what you might see when you roll your own.
