I’m just using a standard dumb adapter. I use a nikon body to choose my aperture on the E series lenses. On dslr I’ll hold the Pv button to lock in my aperture and then remove the lens, just make sure VR is off before you take it off so it will be parked. If using nikon mirrorless no need for Pv unless you want to lock the lens to 6.3 or higher.
Hello all, it's been a minute since I've been on here. I recently bought a Leica Q2M from a member here and am slowly trying to get to know it. Haven't been shooting at all in the last few years, but this little gadget might (hopefully) bring me back around.
I will try to get on here more and post, I see there are lots of familiar faces!
Anyway, just a few snaps. Nothing major. I don't have much time lately, so it seems the only time I have for shooting is in the evenings.

Part of my "Riding in Cars" project. The theme is capturing interesting cars and people as they drive by me, or I walk by them. I am starting to build a decent sized collection. In this case they were driving by me. I find that I must zone focus and have a decently fast shutter speed to make this work. The VM 28mm Ultron ASP vII works best for doing this because of the relatively wide DOF at a decent apurature so my ISO doesn't get too high.
This one is "The Right Kind of Drive By". These kids (and Mom?) make me happy just to look at them.

Spent a lot of time in Vegas over the years. Have business all over the area. I always go to Red Rock. This trip I also went to Valley of Fire State Park, such a cool spot to wander around in.
