Here are a couple of more shot from a moving wheel chair as I was whisked from gate to gate through various airports. These moments lasted fractions of a second. I would try see an environment as far out in front as possible, plan a shot, then hope for a subject as we passed. Sometimes it worked out, most times no. It was fun. Even the wheel chair attendants would get excited and involved pointing out interesting subjects, and asking if I got them. They all got good tips...
These are from the return trip. You can see by the XIF that I had gained the confidence in the zone focus to open up the aperture a bit to lower the ISO. I was leaning heavily on the Exposure Compensation to try and manage the extreme contrast with the highlights. Great learning experience.

From a country drive this weekend. Old abandoned farms and houses catch my attention and very thankful my wife is understanding when I have to pull over or circle back...
Had about 30 minutes to grab a bite to eat between flights in Phoenix. In such circumstances I sometimes look for an interesting looking person who is alone to sit with and meet while I eat. This time it was this Orthodox Monk from a Serbian Order Monastery. He was on his way to a prison to visit an inmate who has been confined for a long time. Rather than being released into an unwelcoming World where he had no people or resources, he expressed interest on becoming a member of the order. This Monk was an interesting and gentle person. I enjoyed my time with him.
The coffee cup was not his real beverage, but he asked that I not photograph him with that one.
