It's only been a couple of days but I like the small package and small lenses. This is why I originally jumped to Sony but now the lenses are nearly as big as DSLRs. The focusing aspect is interesting. While I am used to MF, the rangefinder focusing is a bit different with framelines and lenses that sometime protrude into the viewfinder. It's all starting to get easier.
As for output, I can see what people refer to as the Leica look even though I'm not using any Leica lenses. The contrast and colors are brilliant compared to Sony and I like the overall Leica look. I have configured a profile to shoot B&W and finding it valuable to learning to take better B&W images. Configured to shoot RAW + JPG, I still get the color image.
As for what I am missing from Sony? Well, I like shooting wildlife and I don't foresee leaving Sony AF, tracking, 30 fps and my 600/4.
Overall, I really like the M11 and the rangefinder experience. I'm currently limited to four lenses (CV15/4.5, CV21/3.5, CV35/1.2 (v.II) and a Canon LTM 5-0/1.4. They're all good and I will likely invest in a few updated lenses. Right now, I'm thinking about a couple of 50s: Zeiss Planar or CV 50 APO. At 35mm perhaps a biogon f/2.8.
