Very nice shot indead! Nice process, nice instant, nice portrait, nice lens although it's not Apo.
Great results from an overlooked optic. These long achromats from Leitz can be very effective when high-contrast subject are avoided. I have big brother 280/4.8 in V mount.
Thanks Rico. This Mandler designed lens is a joy to use, especially hand held.
Phuang - I was surprised as well with the lack of CA. I didn't have to apply CA corrections on these test shots. I think careful focusing and as Rico suggested, avoid high contrast subject...

Thanks Z. We should get the old gang back... Where's Jon, Robin, Gregg, Michael, and Jako? Have they abandoned us? Grrrr...
Welcome back. I am still around, just don't have lots of time process images and don't have the mood post often but I still enjoy this thread and always stop by to say hello by click the like button.
The first post from you (#11) in this pg is incredible. Perfect timing.
Michael - Is good to hear from you. I know the feeling. I didn't shot much for the past couple of years... Hope to gain some momentum back... 😀 Thanks for your feedback.
