Also, the metering and as well as DR is just way better than my 5D MkII....
Again, the Kodak SLR has a lot of shortcomings, but its output outweighs them IMHO.

Yes, after "upgrading" to a 5DII i've been nothing but frustrated
Having owned both the SLRc and SLRn, these certainly make me regret selling mine. Got 'em both brand new and sold them with under 3k actuations each. The converted Contax 17-35N had a permanent home on my SLRc.
The SLRc as I recall was a bit more sluggish than the SLRn, but these SLR's were ahead of their time and can still hold up pretty well against the best.
