After going through this thread, I'm reminded by how much I love shooting wide angle. And I am excited to be able to take it on with some shallow DoF. Can't wait for mine to arrive. 35mm, back you go!

How does one shoot from the hip while walking

In daylight and with a fast wideangle like the 24, it's not a problem at all

I shot plenty of pictures and the keeper rate was not that high. But I still managed to get some in frame and in focus...
