Must have been really cool looking sky judging by those color streaks reaching out through the clouds.
Too bad it didn't last longer so you could have captured it at its peak.
Samuli, great very surrealistic shot. I like the twisted geometry of it.

Yeah, I should have just stayed on the balcony and taken pictures from there. I didn't get any better views street level and I missed the peak.
Not as colorful or awe inspiring but the sky continued to be pretty interesting for a while:
denoir, rsolti, makten and samuli : Excellent shots. Competition is getting very tough
denoir: Yes I do like the canon L zooms, but they do not compare to other zeiss shots, but sometimes there is no other options.
Gary Clennan - I still haven't posted a flower shot, I'm really just no good at finding flowers to shoot. Yours is good BTW, I'd be happy if I shot that.
Thanks all, this is Ricketts Glen State Park in Pennsylvania (US). Over 20 named waterfalls, one of my favorite places to go. It was actually approved to be a National Park in the 30's or 40's, but it just never happened. I have a bunch more shots spanning quite a few years, have only been up there twice since I picked up the 21 and 35, most of my other shots are with the 16-35 II. Really hope we have a good fall (color and water), I picked up the 21 a few weeks after the leaves dropped last fall.

I had actually hoped that my 28 would have received some competition now from the ZE 50/1.4 I ordered 3 weeks ago but today I got a mail saying that it's been delayed until mid july
Nice photos, and sad to hear! If you live in Stockholm, I can really recommend Västerlånggatans foto. The owner is very kind and can get Zeiss lenses very fast, at nice prices. I bought the 50/1.4 ZF2 from him, and it arrived ONE day after I ordered it!
I got my 21 from Cyberphoto, the rest directly from the Zeiss online shop. I'm sure all Swedes know Cyberphoto, so I don't have to say that they are really good. The Zeiss online shop worked quite well - with UPS Express selected as delivery it took two days for my 100/2 & 50/2 and one day for my 35/2.
