Gary, that's a nice dog portrait!
Smridevan, I love the first one. Excellent composition. However, the horizon is not level. Would be even better if you fix that.
Mike, both look nice. That second one is cool (or should I say hot? )
Lovely image, Mike!
Btw, you used to shoot floral images using wide aperture primes (85L etc) and ext tubes, right? I love those dreamy pics using such combo. Since now it seems that you use Zeiss makro glasses a lot, how do you compare your experience in using Zeiss makro and prime+ext tubes?
user222, lovely natural colors, light. 2nd upload is superb one!
Jim, love the softness present in your image.
Jochenb, nice composition.
Gary, focus is spot on!
Smridevan, superb light.
mike, stunning flower shot! Like the 2nd one too!

Yes at one point I was trying the 85L and 50mm of tubes. I ended up finding that 12mm of tube was just about right to get the whole flower in. I think what took me off in another direction was going to Hawaii with my new Zeiss 50. The colors and the sharpness basically ruined me for the 85L. And the 50 with tubes was even more spectacular. So I ended up selling the 85L and 80-200L which I said I would never do and who knows I might regret it someday.
Bob - interesting fragments in your last set, like the the composition & colours in #1. I also enjoyed the night scenes a couple of pages back.
Smirdevan - the light and colours in the Makro-Planar shots in your last set are great!
Diploneis - both your last sets are great, interesting to see the DOF/ subject isolation you can achieve with the Distagon 21mm wide open in the Pizza-baker shots.
Jochen-b, user222 and Gary - Beautiful shots from the 50MP, I´m beginning to wonder if that one is next on my list...
I'm here for a quick look and to try and catch up on some comments
R.Young - great shot in lovely light.
twoeye - cracking shot with the 100MP, wall to wall sharpness and colour on that one
Smridevan - great portraits, the first seems the one with the most magic
Diploneis - both great, nice conversions to mono
Mike - nice crocus shot, stands out nicely from the background blur
Prosep - nice series, 2 and 3 are stunning
user222 - great night shot with the campfire
Mike - great flower shot, colour, dof etc all perfect
Smridevan - great shots from ocean city, 1,3 and 4 are all great, number 2 has some sort of magic in it
Gary - lovely doggie shot with the 50mp
Jochen - nice mono shot, I would be tempted to crop to a pano, but that's just me.
It's been awhile since I've visited, but have to ask, what's with all the Zeiss 21mm for sale on this site? I've had mine up for sale the last couple of days and just posted sample pics I took with this lens, once upon a time, and I have to say..I'm having 2nd thoughts. I don't use this lens much. It's a bit too wide for my day to day needs, but it's not bad. I think it's a matter of my expectations being probably too high, prior to acquiring this lens. I have the 35/2 ZE as well, and that one is definitely a keeper, no question about it.
