Hi Helena, am crazy in love with it. I had an awesome day and still have many more pics to look at but its 1am and I'm really happy and really tired. I haven't been able to do them for nearly a year and thought I couldn't do them anymore so today was pretty special.
...and so is your pic, I'll see it again in the morning and I'm sure I'll still have this silly grin.
Jochen, that's a beautiful landscape and photo of it. I like the sweeping lines and dramatic clouds.
Toothwalker, there's water in that photo? Incredibly clear. I can't make sense of that shot, but I like it.
Went on a little daytrip with my fiancé yesterday. Terrible light for photography (great weather for a picnic though, which was the main reason for the visit, so I can't complain ), but I tried to rescue it by making it B&W:
Helena, I was surprised when you said rescue for that photo as it is gorgeous, but I've been there done that (B+W rescue). It's one of the most 3D landscapes I've seen in a long while. The retreat from the first set of falls to the second set seems to realistically be in a different plane as though we are actually there.
Thank you very much! Great to hear that you think it works. It's a beautiful location and 35mm focal length was perfect (wonder how it can be so right for almost everything I want to shoot!?) , so it was frustrating that the light was sharp and I didn't think I got anything worth keeping. I feel much better now.

"Crystal clear water" is the title I would give this photograph, but titles can be deceiving.
