I don't need the money, but I'm moving and just started getting the cleaning bug. I rarely use it, so it really hasn't paid for itself. Thanks for the vote though. There's too many 21mm on the market now, so it probably won't sell. Mine is priced low though, so who knows. It's a cool lens, but I've only been happy with photos taken at infinity. I just got my first tripod yesterday (I know what the heck?), and I'm just starting to imagine all the new possibilities. Now if I could conquer LR or photoshop (b/c I'm a real dummy there) I think I could possibly make some magic happen.
Hey, Scotland sort of looks like Kodiak, Alaska. Go figure. Let me finds some pics...
mike, very nice light.
Diploneis, excellent bw set.
Smridevan, crisp images.
rji2goleez, unusual shots.
twoeye, stunning greenery.
R.Young, great light in each of your uploads.
johnahill, love the colors of your first upload.
swolfcg, your 2nd set of images is stunning.
alpenglowing, fantastic details.
Thanks for the comments.
John, I also tried a 'pano' crop but for my taste square looks better.
Your shot of the tree is really nice. Good composition and great colors.
A few previously unposted shots from a 2/35 ZF2 walkabout. Stripping out the colour (purely for consistency with my other street shots in Dubai), still leaves lots of Zeiss niceness
Johnahill, I like the composition of your tree image. The shade of blue looks a bit off or unnatural though?
RYoung, the lighting and clouds looks great. I like the road image best.
Swolfcg, nice scenery! The first set could use more sharpening tho
Alpenglowing, beautiful bridge shot!
Dubaiphil, great B&W portraits.

Yes at one point I was trying the 85L and 50mm of tubes. I ended up finding that 12mm of tube was just about right to get the whole flower in. I think what took me off in another direction was going to Hawaii with my new Zeiss 50. The colors and the sharpness basically ruined me for the 85L. And the 50 with tubes was even more spectacular. So I ended up selling the 85L and 80-200L which I said I would never do and who knows I might regret it someday.
I see. I also used 85L+tube combo andI took great floral pics with it. That combo is so versatile that I even sold my 100mm f2.8 macro. But after getting 100MP, the result is very great. F2 also very useful in lots of situation.
Anyway, keep taking great close up pics, Mike!
