Denoir - Beautiful B/W series. Makes me feel a bit melancholic. Could be the vignett. I almost see color on #3 !! Beautiful light.
Joakim - Beautiful capture of myst. Spider web on the first one is gold.
pdmphoto - Wow, that is quite a tree. It gives me vertigo. Very interesting viewpoint as well.
Philber - Beautiful architecture shots. I was surprised to find out they were ZE 21. Less dramatic, much more subtle nuance than what I am used to see from the lens. Third one suggests space below, which is my favorite.
rji2goleez - Beautiful capture of brilliant foliage. #1 is my favorite.
dj dunzie - Wonderful moment with the cow in between the trees. Beautiful color on the #2 and #3
plasticmotif - Waterfall is very pretty. I am envious that you work only 13 min away from it ! I am surrounded by concrete, glass and bricks
Akul, Robert, thanks for the kind comments!
Robert, great tree shots!
DJ, Love your set, the first two in particular.
plasticmotif, congrats on your new lens! Nice shot of the falls, but, to my eye, it feels like it is leaning slightly to the right. Is it an illusion?
rji2goleez - Beautiful color on all. Sky on the #2 and #3 are amazing. Boulders on the second sort of look like they are concrete weathered down to rounded stone. Is that what it is? We had beautiful weather on the East coast too, but not as warm.

It may be. I had the bubble level on my hotshoe but it can be off slightly. I'll check it when I get home.
I was on Terry Flat this past Saturday - I go there often. That lone aspen in the middle of that huge meadow is a special place. Your image really captures the mood of that mountain - excellent.
Unfortunatley, all the trees have not turned yet and there wasn't a cloud in the sky Saturday. I'll be going back in a week to see if I can get lucky.
@ ewadler/ @carsten - thanks for the nice comments.
@ Diploneis - I like most of your photos, and this one is no exception, however I wonder where the focus really is - are the eyes in the original sharp?
Philippe: Excellent shots. Very good use of the 21. I think my favorite is the third image with the railing of the stairs as a nice compositional element leading you in the image.
Bob: Lovely classic autumn colors and great sunset shots. My favorite is the second shot in the second series.
Akul: Great shots of the Intrepid. The second shot is really impressive!
Berine: You got some very nice rendering from that 85
Martynas: Excellent portrait!
I myself had a pretty much failed short photo walk today. It was my first in a week (I've been home with a cold) and despite beautful fall colors everywhere, I had zero inspiration. I took a couple of shots anyway, mostly with my 35/1.4 but also a few with the 100 MP.
. Yes, new gear usually has a stimulating effect on my photography
I still have that "new" Pentax 67 medium format that I got, but it's kind of difficult to get inspired when three rolls of the results are sitting undeveloped in my refrigerator right now
