Boris, great color. I am quite ignorant of Iceland. There have been some advert in train in NY, and their photos were terrible. They should hire you for their advert.
Denoir, I loved the lamp post shot (#2). Straight and curved line made a great composition for me.
Ryan, I also like the first shot from two sets ago. Crane on a barge. Beautiful and surreal.
HOLY Mackerel!!! I was gone there for a few weeks and there you go. A lot of new names in this thread. Don't even know where to start. Incredible images.. Keep them coming..
I just got my Epson 3880 and I've been printing my pictures like crazy.. Some incredible color rendition, when put through the proper print workflow.. For now, I am in printer dog heaven.
Boris, amazing colours in #2.
Great shots Luka! Particularly #2. Unusual angles, light and composition. Love it!
Ryan, really nice shots! I like the lighting on the bridge
Hugo, beautiful shot of the waterfall.
Bob, nice series of shots!
Ajay, nice shots!
Hugo, I really like the waterfall shot, as well as the photo of the artisan in his shop. I would wish for a little more light in the shadows, especially on his face. I think a mild HDR treatment might bring the colours and look to life a little. Of course, you may have a different look in mind.
I bought 2 ZE lenses because of this thread, and now....
I might sell these lenses because I can't seem to produce not even as half-good as the pictures being posted here....
My patience is running out....
Paul, I never thought I would hear more of me and less of Luka, Hugo and others is a good thing.

... Ryan and this thread has convinced me to now own 3 ZF lenses! I am just blown away with some of the photos in here! I wouldn't give up so quick though! We may get lucky here and there... haha
Can I ask of the Zeiss experts on this thread. I am close to going and pulling the trigger on the 25/f2.8 to go with my 50/f1.4 and 100/f2. Will it be a good match for the IQ I'm getting from the other two lenses or is it honestly worth saving up (possibly for another year or so) to get the 21? Any advice / experience shared is greatly appreciated.
A few 50/f1.4 images from yesterday as the colors change around here...
Gary, thank you for the opinions... very much appreciated and holy smokes I think your 3rd and 4th images have me sold on the lens. Does it happen to come with that scenery included??
Bob, your first shot is fantastic. Really nice job in all though with the exposures and compositions.
Paul, don't give up. These lenses take some time to know.
dj dunzie: The 21 is in a league of its own. I would say it is definitely worth saving the money rather than going for the 25.
Hugo, love that second shot.!
Bob, nice bridge series!
A couple of more 50 MP shots from yesteday taken on a walk home from work. I had intended to bring along the 35/1.4 but took the 50 MP instead by mistake. This was good in a way since it doesn't get all that much use - although it's a very nice lens.
Luka - great color in that last one. Do you notice small flare dots with the 50? I have been getting some weird flare lately in shots I wouldn't expect.
Thanks. Yes, the 50 MP can flare on occasion, but to be honest what you've posted there would make just about any lens flare - those are pretty extreme conditions.
