I had a little luck with it today:
I've photographed this drain with my previous 300 f/4.5 and the EF 200 f/2.8L. This is the first time I feel I actually nailed every aspect of the shot (focus, lighting and some sharpening).
The sun was still rising, so the environment wasn't nearly as demanding as it could have been. THere's a little green CA here and there, but it's pretty good performance, in my opinion.

Nikon FM10 today, feeding my addiction to wee little plastic fantastic SLR's (I also have the OM2000 and the Cosina C1s in OM and K mounts respectively).

Well, the reflecting water is a lot, a LOT better here...glad to see it....
