Great shots Paul. Curiosity question with the converted N lens I know you get AF do you also get information for the aperture and lens used in DPP?
It shows the aperture, actual focusing distance and used focusing points, lens (mine is displayed as "24-85mm").
Waiting for the 24-85 & 50 N conversions so all I can give up are from the 17-35 - this one @ 35mm. Bisti Badlands - mostly cloudy but had sun for 10 minutes right at sunset.
Ahh, The Bisti Wilderness. Nice image. I was hiking around there with my Contax G2 as few years back. Almost got lost ( this was just before GPS units became widely available and almost couldn't find my way out. Everything starts to look the same and then when the sun goes down you can't see a thing. It was indeed worrying. Pretty interesting place, though. I need to go back sometime -- next time with my GPS unit..
I haven't done any scientific test, nor am I qualified to do that, but Planar 100/2.0 is still one special lens for me....
I haven't used the N100 enough to draw any solid opinion on it yet...
I do like both lenses, though, enough to keep them both so far....

I'm curious Paul...what are you comments on the N 100/2.8 vs the C/Y 100/2?
Thank you. I wish I had as many interesting tables and benches near me as you do. Most of the ones around here are either metal or modernistic wood on metal. No character like the ones you shoot.
