since these are not copyrighted i hope you dont mind if i copy them and show my friends what I took pictures of this weekend. i wont publish them just trying to impress my friends. Oh and what kind of fish is that just incase they ask?
The copyright to EVERY image is established at the click of the shutter. Just because they do not have the copyright symbol on them does not give one carte blanche to copy and claim as one's own.

Greg appears to be having a bad judgement day or he is trying to teach me to protect my images. Either way, it appears to have been in poor taste and I hope he gets well soon
After scrolling through 9 pages(WOW), I realized I had never commented on this series. DOH! Man Holy Grail for sure! Besides the decoder ring , do you get some sort of blazer, you know like the Hall of Fame, where you are now on a committee of other Holy Grailers who all get a vote each for the up & coming Holy Grailers?
I am totally speechless, Ken. I've been sitting here thinking of what to write, but there are no words to describe your photos fully. The best I can do is AWESOME!!!!. I've been viewing and photographing Osprey for many years in the New York area, and have never experienced the thrill of the CATCH. Every one of your fourteen photos is a Holy Grail, or National Geographic cover!! Thank you so much for letting me view this wonderful event with such technical expertise and just plain BEAUTY!!

REALLY Nice job!
Jason-
At this rate it might hit 10 pages I thought this thread was dead but I guess you can't keep a good thread done
I don't know if this comes with any sort of entitlement as I am still waiting for the 2009 Holy Grail decoder ring which I will need to decode the committee's offer letter
Glad you enjoyed them Jason and thanks for your kind and funny comments!

GENE
I'm pleased to see you found something to say about these, Gene It really was luck of the draw being in the right place at the right time. You just can't predict things like this happening right in front of you with the light and everything else needed to make it happen.
