Purchased a 10d from jacrader. Physically the camer is as he described it. However, the camera exhibits front focus. This was not disclosed before hand. Jacrader's response was that he was unaware of the problem. After some communication jacrader agreed to take the camera back and refund my money.

I waited 4 days for an international air mail tracking no. After many excuses such as "family problems", "internet", yada, yada... I get a ground tracking number and will be charged brokerage fees. I will not accept the package and have it returned to seller. I told Jaime so many times to use intl. air and USPS global express. He makes excuses and creates delays. He needs to show tracking went to my address in Canada. Since he cannot, I will dispute and win through Paypal. Fedex Canada does NOT clear Fedex USA ground shipments - only air. An assigned broker has to be sought by the seller before shipment is done. Rivera could not/would not provide such info. The ground tracking no. does not work.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS GUY!!! CHECK HIS FEEDBACKS. He has been known to have "shipping" problems. Previous username is Sh0cker2k4. Read the feedback by Anthony Wong and Charles Nguyen thread on RobG.
Update:
After some feedbacks and research with other FM members, I find out this guy has been banned on RobG,since Jan/2004. He has similar problems on photo.net and recently banned on FM.
