I just got my 135L last week and I'm already completely in love with it. This thread is making me grin from ear to ear about all the things I can look forward to.
Nice shots wbrad. That last stitch is gorgeous. I'm debating on this lens or the 200 2.8 and the shots in here are really making me want to sell the 100 f2 for the 135 f2
Maybe we could start a sort of weekley assignment focusing on certain lenses (or at least focal length).
say have a week for the 35 then 50 then 85 then 135.
Nice shots. I have a question the shot of the chef. Is that two lights behind at about 45 giving the cheekbone highlight (one on left one on right), and a softbox directly overhead for the catchlights? Just wondering if you can give a brief rundown of how that was lit. Softbox size included. Thanks
