One of my favorite shows of all time, though I can't remember the name of it right now, was about an antique dealer, who fought (antique dealing crime of course) crime. I think it was actually filmed in Canada.
I got to shoot with a 5D Mark II this weekend at a Canon workshop, with my own flashcard and everything. I will not be canceling my pre-order!
I couldn't pin them down on an exact street date. It seems that it may vary pretty widely based on where you are located. When I turned in the loaner, I told the Canon rep "I'll have my own in a week I suppose." and he just grinned and said "There you go!"

Is that Midwest Photo in Chicago? If so that's encouraging, as it's at least in my time zone (Houston).
I wish Amazon had charged me for the 5D kit when I ordered it in September. It was 2.1 USD to 1 GBP at the time. Now it's 1.475 USD to 1 GBP. I'm using my UK card to order it.

So much about the 5DII, it's about time there was some discussion of Dr. Who. He could tell us the full specs for the 7D Mk 5.
