Thanks Edward! Yeah the 55 Micro is really something! I kept it around after I sold my last Nikon kit and I enjoyed it so much I bought the F4 body just to shoot with it again. I like the setup for super close / detail shots. I like to get close to subject matter, but I don't really use telephoto lenses anymore.
As soon as I bought my TX-1 I thought of this scene as a place where I wanted to make a photograph. Sadly, I found that 2 years since my last visit to this temple, a new building was constructed on the right side, ruining this scene badly.
I've been lurking this wonderful thread for ages and I thought it was about time I contributed here. Rattymouse's great B&W work was what first inspired me to shoot some Acros, so here's an example of that, shot with an M6ttl and Rigid Summicron. Rattymouse, may your supply of Acros never run out! Thanks to you and all the other contributors here.

Thank you. Your shot is excellent. Wonderful bokeh. What camera and lens?
Thanks! It's the 50mm Rigid Summicron, wide open on my M6TTL. I have a couple more modern Leica lenses, but the Rigid Cron seems to pair especially well with Acros.

I hope to see more from you in this thread,as I'm sure others do.
Glad to see I'm not the only one sad to see Acros go. I have been slow to shoot film recently, but meaning to workout the cameras here soon. Find myself stockpiling what Acros I can find now... Looks like I have 4 rolls + 3 coming of 120 and 2 + 5 coming of 135. Have to make those shots count!
