How are you liking your Ikon?
Recently we were engaged. My wife was at first upset, but then accepted that our union must be...
It's a great camera. Probably the fastest to shoot, easiest to use camera I've ever used. The finder is also glorious. It is not the most well built camera, but it is a great camera to shoot. Had this thing been on the market 10 years ago it would have changed the world. At least the little RF/Leica niche. I wish it was made by Nikon possibly based off the FM3A chassis, but it is GOOD, so GOOD!
Having one I probably would pay $1000 for one, but I was apprehensive at first and got it for a really great deal. It is well worth it. On the other hand my M6 that is I have more than twice is much into has been constantly broken.
Glad you found one that you liked. My M6 has been rock solid - bought sight unseen on ebay for a great price too. But, every camera is different. You've been taking some great photos with yours.
Patrick, I love the first one. How do you get in contact with these girls? They ask you to shoot them or do you advertise somewhere or what?

Nate - I'm really liking the colors and tones in those pics. Care to share which cam/lens/film combo?
The first shot on this page was Zeiss Ikon with the Leica 35/2 ASPH on Velvia and the next two are Provia 100F with my FE2 and I think the Nikkor-S 5.8cm f/1.4. Thanks!
