p.1 #1 · So what do you look like when you're out having too much fun?!
WACKY roger & I happened to come up with a thread we thought might be fun for the forum. Photos of us at "work" or "play" as it may well be considered. Having too much fun is another way to go.
So in this thread we're looking for shots of us, you guys & gals, while we're out getting shots shooting Nature & or Wildlife shots. Now these shots will test our skills. If we're lucky we have a shot someone else have shot of us. Unlucky..... we have to create one.
Go imaginative pp'ing skills....
Looking forward to your shot of yourselves. I'm in luck, I have a shot one of my photography group friends took of me at our first meet up in Malibu at the Malibu Lagoon State Park & Reserve. This was taken by Steve Mark back in January.

Lil what kinda bird is that nesting in front of you in the big circular nest of sticks in front of the tripod? I don't believe I've ever seen one like that.

I had seen a Bobcat in the area on several occasians and knew that he had been coming in to drink at a spring close to where I am set up in this photo. Who took the photo?- why that would be myself.

I apologize I do not have any pictures of me taking pictures ... but here is one that was taken in the middle of a very active day of photography at the Wolong Nature Reserve, Sichuan Province, China. I was trying to convince my adopted child here to pose nicely for some pictures, but then the bamboo snacks ran out and he started squirming! This one was taken by my wife, who shoots the vast majority of our travel-related pictures.
'Mooned by and Elk'....Who you kidding, you probably started it!
I was looking for the little circle showing you and having to find you in the picture..............Ha!

Well John...
- - I think it would be called plastic bottle bird. The Humane element of throwing garbage in the ocean seems to be at work here.

Lil
The fur is coarse and not soft at all! And frequently it is wet and muddy too, as the young pandas roll around in the wet dirt and grass. The panda cubs are very playful, though, which is fun. My wife arranged this for us -- it was the whole reason we visited China at all! If you want to do it, let me know and I will tell you exactly how to arrange it...

Chris that must've been a great experience! someone said that if you wanna know how the panda fur feels like, the best thing is to touch a chinese man's hair....you know: black, straight-up & rough
