A pancake lens would not be a zoom. So, only focusing, then. Ever tried manual focus with the 50f1.8 II? The focusing ring is just a joke, but the lens still sells like hot cakes.
Yes, the lens is a POS built, and the focus... I have circus monkey on my shoulders which uses its tiny and skinny fingers to do the focus for me...
PS. Pancake lenses on a large bodies reminds me of little weenie tiny bits penises on large fat bald men... or men driving expensive cars (to make up for the lack of other gadgets)....
Nice picture. Now, what Nutella supposed to be highlight of the picture - because my eye really draws on Nutella. I like Nutella. As a matter of fact, I fink I will go eat some Nutella now.

Can you throw that Nutella on the B/S forum? I'd like to see some 100% crops though
Sign me up! How about digital rangefinder too, slightly less than a Zeiss Ikon?

Pentax has their pancake lenses. And now, so does Olympus.
Isn't it about time Canon got off its butt and came out with a tiny EF-S pancake lens to pair up with those tiny Digital Rebel bodies? Take advantage of the benefits of the APS-C format for a change. Such a setup wouldn't be much bigger than a Sigma DP1 with an Optical Viewfinder mounted.
